The biggest job fair of the year is coming up Friday, February 19, 2016. It’s from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Here are some tips to help you prepare.

Top 10 Skills & Qualities Employers Seek in Job Candidates:

  1. Work in a team structure
  2. Make decisions and solve problems
  3. Communicate with people inside and outside the organization
  4. Plan, organize and prioritize work
  5. Obtain and process information
  6. Analyze quantitative data
  7. Demonstrate technical knowledge related to the job
  8. Use computer software programs proficiently
  9. Create and/or edit written reports
