Lack of snow leaves East Hillside without traditional sculpture

So far this winter, we're about 32 inches below the average snow fall. Many businesses around town have been suffering from the lack of snow. Spirit Mountain got a late start this winter. The Beargrease was canceled because there wasn't enough snow. Many of us who live in Duluth, like it here because of the winter months. But, this year has been a little lackluster. For one community member, the lack of snow is putting a damper on his creativity.
